Amrita Hospital, Kochi has expanded its Dermatology and Cosmetology services with the inauguration of a new treatment centre in Tower 1, A Block. The centre, which has been operational since 2002 for dermatology, now offers enhanced facilities for both skin disease treatments and advanced cosmetic procedures. 

Group Medical Director Dr. Prem Nair inaugurated the centre and the ceremony was graced by Swamini Karunamrita Prana, who performed the ceremonial pooja, symbolizing the beginning of this new chapter in patient care. The event was attended by a distinguished group of medical professionals, including, Pratapan Nair, Dr. Ajoy Menon, Dr. Beena K. V., Dr. Girish Kumar, Dr. Anand Kumar, Dr. Jacob Thomas, Swami Jayadamrita Chaitanya, Swami Balamrita Chaithanya, Swami Atmaramamrita Chaitanya, Dr. Rehana, and Dr. Jaggu. 

The newly launched centre on the ground floor of Tower 1 offers a comprehensive range of advanced treatments for both dermatological and cosmetic needs. Some of the prominent services now available include carbon dioxide laser treatment, hydra facial, micro needling, and botox therapy. Dr. Vineeta Varghese Panicker, a key specialist in the centre, highlighted these offerings as part of the hospital’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art care for its patients.
