Overview
Dr. Mohan K. Abraham, a professor emeritus, held the position of Professor and Head at the Department of Pediatric Surgery in the School of Medicine in Kochi. He is practicing Pediatric surgery and Pediatric urology since 1985.
He has published many papers international and national and has invented one patented instrument known as Mohan’s valvotome used in the surgery of posterior urethral valves. He has innovated six new techniques in Pediatric surgery. He was awarded the MS Ramakrishnan Oration by the Indian Association of Pediatric surgeons and Asopa Oration by the Lucknow association of Pediatric surgeons. He was an invited faculty for many international conferences.
