About Me

Shameer holds MTech in Signal Processing from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut. During his masters he worked on several projects based on biomedical signal processing like Stereo-EEG, scalp-EEG, ECG, EMG, and MRI. His MTech thesis was based on Stereo-EEG signal analysis using graph theory to detect epileptogenic zone. Pursuing his interest, he joined Amrita Advanced Centre for Epilepsy (AACE). Currently, he is working as
Senior Research Fellow at AACE, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.
