Gokul T. Priyan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Registration No: CRRA 70327). He is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. His areas of interest are adult mental health-anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder and depression, marital and family counseling, adolescent adjustment issues, as well as research & teaching. Prior to joining Amrita Hospital, he was Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai. During this time, he have accomplished experiences in attending OP and IP, conducted 4 mental health programs, guided more than 40 post graduate students (thesis), coordinated for starting B.Sc. Clinical Psychology in the same institute. He is currently pursuing PhD in Clinical Psychology from Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, (2021).
