Dr. Christi Titus Varghese, Clinical Assistant Professor , Department of Solid Organ Transplantation, has to his credit 11 years of expertise in solid organ transplant. He has been directly involved in the evolution of and ongoing development of the robotic donor hepatectomy technique at Amrtia Hospital, Kochi. After successfully completing his MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Kottayam, Kerala, in 2012, he served as a Senior Resident there. It was in 2013 that he began his association with Amrita Hospital as a Senior Resident. Four years later, in 2016, he secured the M.Ch in Surgical Gastroenterology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He is also a Member Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburghand a Fellow in Minimal Access Surgery [FMAS].
