Dr. Subhramania Iyer

Dr. Subramania Iyer is the head of the department of Head and Neck Surgery at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. After graduating from Medical College Kottayam, he went on to complete his MS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi and subsequently completed his MCh in Plastic Surgery from the University of Calicut. He worked at various centres in UK in the Plastic Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery for a period of five years. He joined  Amrita Hospital Kochi in November 2003 to initiate a comprehensive department of Head & neck, Plastic & Reconstructive and craniomaxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Iyer is the author of over 200 scholarly papers and 10 book chapters relating to plastic surgery/ head and neck surgery. He has presented  his work in over 300 national and international forums.
