She was trained in the department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery at Navodaya Medical College, Raichur. Post MS ENT, she went to Tata Medical Centre, Cancer hospital and Research Centre, Kolkata to pursue higher level of training as a Fellow in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery.
