Dr Srilekha is a qualified plastic surgeon. She did her MBBS from Narayana medical college,
Nellore and is a gold medalist. She did her MS General surgery at Kasturba medical college,
Manipal and received gold medal. She continued her MCh plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Amrita institute of medical sciences, Ernakulam and passed with distinction. She was an active team member in 7 hand transplant surgeries.She was extensively trained in microvascular surgery,reconstructive surgery, trauma reconstruction, oncoreconstruction, lymphedema surgery and hand surgery.
