Dr. Praveena Shyam is a highly skilled ophthalmologist specializing in paediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. With a strong academic foundation and clinical expertise, she has garnered recognition for her outstanding contributions to ophthalmology, particularly in managing complex paediatric cases and innovative surgical techniques.

Dr. Praveena’s passion for ophthalmology is reflected in her numerous accolades, including a Gold Medal for securing first rank in MS Ophthalmology and several awards for research, presentations, and innovations. Currently, she serves as a Paediatric Ophthalmologist at Amrita Hospital, Kochi, where she continues to deliver exceptional patient care.
