Dr. Pradeep Jacob

Dr. Pradeep Jacob joined Amrita Hospital, Kochi in 2002 and was one of the founding members of the General Surgery Department and is now working as Professor and Head of the Department of General Surgery. He had his surgical training at Government Medical College Kottayam and worked in the same institution till 2002. His key area of interest is in Thyroid surgeries and is routinely performing complex thyroid surgeries for benign as well as malignant conditions. He is also involved in surgical training, active research and has numerous publications in national and international journals.
