Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, in collaboration with the Imaging Science Committee of FOGSI and AIIMS Delhi, conducted the "Preventive Obstetrics through Imaging Skill Enhancement" (POISE) workshop on July 6, 2025. The event focused on enhancing fetal imaging skills among gynaecologists through expert-led sessions and simulation-based training. Participants gained valuable insights into basic growth scans, NT/NB scans, Doppler studies, and ultrasound (USG) machine knobology, enhancing their clinical proficiency in prenatal care and early detection of fetal anomalies. Led by experts including Dr. Neena Malhotra and Prof. K Aparna Sharma from AIIMS Delhi, and Dr. Reema Bhatt from Amrita Hospital, the workshop drew active participation from gynaecologists across Faridabad and neighbouring regions. This collaborative academic initiative underscores the commitment of Amrita Hospital, AIIMS Delhi, and FOGSI to improving maternal-fetal health through continued medical education and training.
