Amrita Hospital Faridabad Hosts it's First Cadaveric Spine Workshop on NavSpine Open and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. This pioneering event, held in collaboration with Medtronic India Pvt Ltd, provided an excellent hands on opportunity to NeuroSpine and OrthoSpine Surgeons to advance their skillset on Cadavers. 

The workshop was attended by practising Neurosurgeons and Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons from Delhi-NCR. Through a series of live demonstrations and hands-on cadaveric training sessions, participants had the opportunity to know more about state-of-the-art Spine Navigation and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery technologies provided by Medtronic India Pvt Limited. 

They explored in details the open spine surgery approaches as demonstrated and guided by expert faculty Dr Tarun Suri ,Senior Consultant, Spine Surgery. The Minimally invasive spine surgery, approaches were demonstrated by expert faculty Dr Satyakam Baruah, Senior Consultant, Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery. Expert-led discussions explored the challenges and future of Spine Surgery focusing on patient safety and improving outcomes.

Such Cadaveric Laboratories are few in the country and are important for practicing surgeons to develop and advance their skill sets without compromising patient safety.
