• Winner of State Level Surgical Quiz for the year 2011 held at BMCRI and hosted by Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), Karnataka state chapter (KSC).
• Winner of National Level Surgical Quiz for year 2011 at ASICON 2011, 71st annual conference and Live Operative Workshop conducted by Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) at Kochi in December 2011.
• Winner of the TPPS - Annamalai Gold Medal for best paper for MCh Pediatric Surgeon at TPPSCON 2016, the 15th annual conference of the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter of the Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons held at Madurai on 16th July 2016 for the paper titled “Testicular volume in a cohort of prepubertal Indian children”.
