Dr. Mridul Chandra Das is one of the few formally trained Paediatric Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist in India. He is the only formally trained (DM) Paediatric Gastroenterologist in private sector in Delhi NCR. He joined us as senior consultant and Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology which serves as Centre of Excellence for management of the diseases of liver, gastrointestinal, pancreas in children from birth to 18 years of age. He is a renowned and accomplished clinician, academician and GI endoscopist with more than 8 years of experiences, committed to provide the highest standards of patient care in the field of Paediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology.

After completing graduation (MBBS) from Nil ratan Sircar Medica College, Calcutta, he did his Paediatric training (MD Paediatrics) from prestigious “Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh. Then he pursued super specialization in Paediatric Gastroenterology PDCC (which is one year Fellowship program, from 2014 – 2015) followed by DM (which is a 3 years super speciality training program, from 2015 - 2018) and extensively trained in the field of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition from prestigious “Sanjay Gandhi postgraduate Institute of medical sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow.

He has published multiple research papers in many reputed National and International Journal. He was awarded Travel grant by ICMR for presenting his research work in the prestigious international conference (AASLD – 2017), held in Washington DC, USA.

Earlier he worked as Consultant - Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology in B L K Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi, as Assistant Professor in Lady Hardinge Medical College and associated Hospital, New Delhi, and as Consultant - Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Liver transplant, in Narayana Super Speciality Hospital, Gurugram.

Currently he is serving the children (birth to 18 years of age) with gastrointestinal, liver and pancreatic diseases, and doing all diagnostic and therapeutic Paediatric GI endoscopies. He is also a core member of Paediatric Liver transplant team.
